Lena and Harrison did such an amazing job on Sunday, the store was packed with a huge line but they were extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed. I love this store and will definitely be coming back to this location over any in the future.
Nicole and her team routinely print my real estate related marketing materials. Nicole recently helped me with print request for a formal invitation and print materials. She did an amazing job with great communication. The location of her store is convenient with friendly staff and easy parking!
Staff is grumpy, uncommunicative, not helpful. Seems like a management issue as I've experienced this with multiple employees. I would rather drive to Castle Pines and give my business to their competitor.
They lost a package that was dropped off on November 17th. It had a manuscript in it and irreplaceable artwork from my students. There will be lots of tears at school tomorrow. I wrote an email and left a voicemail. Hoping they manage to find this package somewhere.
I sent a package from this office. The asked for my account and provided all the information. The package did not arrive. I lost the receipt but I had the exact time and date I sent it front the office. I called and they told me they are not able to locate the package without the tracking number. So, you don’t have any records?!!! I would understand if I don’t have the recipient information or date and time I sent it. However, I cannot believe they don’t have a way to track their own shipments. Be aware to keep receipts when you send something from this location.
